Delivery
We export/ship worldwide For samples:
For samples: we use to send by Air Express (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT) either with customer’s account, either with our Express accounts (about 5-10 days).
For Bulk: if you have your own forwarder, we can of course use your own carrier/shipping agent. If you don’t have, we can use ours and provide you different shipping quotations (Sea or Air or Air Express). Depending on the qty, we will advise you the cheapest way to ship. Usually, shipping by sea to port takes about 3-4 weeks, Air to Airport 2-5 days and Air Express to door 4-10 days.
Incoterms: Our quotations are based on EXW (Exit Factory Price). If you need others Incoterms like FOB, kindly mention to us.
Payment
Samples: For new customer, we offer 1st sample free of charge (mold fees and shipping excluded). For regular customers, we don’t charge any samples fees.For payment for samples and shipping, we prefer by paypal for small amount with low charges.
Bulk order: payment must be 50%(deposit) to start the order / 50%(balance) before shipping by T/T (wire transfer). We use to send pictures of bulk order before sending to customer the balance invoice. Of course, you can also come to our factory to QC or ask a third party to help you to QC as well.
Packing
We can customize cartons as per ustomer’s requirements (dimension, print,…). If there are no requirements, we use our standard packing as follows:
Flat brim caps: Our standard packing dimensions are 72x48x37cm for onemaster carton with 4 inner cartons. Each inner carton contains 25 pcs with 1 polybag per cap. One master carton contains 100 pcs.
Curved visor caps: Our standard carton’s dimensions are 63x48x37cm for one master carton with 4 inner cartons. Each inner carton contains 25 pcs with 1 polybag per cap. One master carton contains 100 pcs.
Beanies: Our standard carton’s dimensions are 56x46x38cm for one master carton containing 100 pcs and one polybag per Beanie.
Our cartons are bigger than what usual factories use because we want to give more space between the caps to protect the shape. Moreover, our cartons are thicker and harder.
