Design or Tech pack
In order to create the perfect cap sample before producing mass order, you need to submit to us a complete tech pack.
A tech pack is a technical package containing all the information that we need to create your headwear sample or simply your design.
It must mention:
- the style (snapback/camp/trucker…)
- the construction of the panels (4/5/6/7 panels or high/medium/low profile…)
- the fabric (cotton/ wool/ suede…)
- the color of fabric (solid pantone #)
- all related to your logo(s) (size/position/type of embellishment…)
Logo(s) must be in vector file (in original format Illustrator and not in jpeg)
You can fill out our blank tech pack or we can also work on your own tech pack/mock-up

Advises on tech pack
1 Google on internet (brands or competitors) to have an idea of the cap that you like to create
2 Write down the style of cap, the fabric,the type of embellishments or even copy apicture of the cap and put it on tech pack
3 Inspire from our beautiful caps that we made (style of hat/type of embellishment/ fabric choice,…)
3 Ask us any questions. We will be happy to advise you per our experience.
